About Anti-Tarnish Jewellery
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our anti-tarnish jewellery is water-resistant and designed for everyday wear. To maximize its lifespan, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to swimming pools, saltwater, and harsh chemicals.
What material is A3D Elegant jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is gold plated, giving you the look and shine of fine jewellery with our anti-tarnish finish for long-lasting wear.
How do I find products that are NOT anti-tarnish?
All our regular collections are anti-tarnish. If a product in our Sale/Offer category is not anti-tarnish, we'll clearly mention it in the product description.
How long will the anti-tarnish coating last?
With normal daily wear and basic care, A3D Elegant jewellery keeps its shine for a long time. Avoiding perfume, lotion, and chlorine contact before it's fully dry will noticeably extend how long it stays bright.
How do I clean and care for my anti-tarnish jewellery?
Wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Store it in a zip-lock bag or a closed box away from moisture. Put on your jewellery after applying perfume, lotion, and makeup — not before.

How do I place an order?
You can order our anti-tarnish jewellery online across India directly at a3delegant.com. You're also welcome to message us on WhatsApp at +91 93848 52233 if you'd like help choosing a piece before you order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. We accept secure online payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking at checkout.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — orders above ₹499 within Tamil Nadu get free shipping. For other states, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Are there any offers for first-time buyers?
Yes — first-time buyers get 10% off on orders above ₹499. Enter your name and phone number when prompted to receive your discount code.
If I get free shipping within Tamil Nadu, am I also eligible for the first-time buyer discount?
Yes — as a first-time buyer within Tamil Nadu, you get both free shipping and the 10% discount on orders above ₹499. From your second order onwards, the same phone number still qualifies for free shipping above ₹499, but the first-time discount applies only once.
I received a discount code but it says already used — what do I do?
This can happen if the page was closed before your order was placed. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93848 52233 with your name and phone number and we'll manually apply your discount at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure Razorpay checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Where do you ship?
We ship pan-India, including Chennai and Tamil Nadu, right to your doorstep.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS or email. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update anytime.
Returns, Exchange & Damage
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3–5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Earrings (for hygiene reasons), customized products, and sale items are not eligible for return.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with parcel opening videos with cut invetween the videos of the item, at info.a3delegant@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93848 52233. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange my order for a different design?
Exchanges are not allowed once you order the product Untill unless demage.
